The Young Girl's Journey

Is there any young girl who has ever watched “Cinderella” and not pictured herself putting on a beautiful gown, being escorted in a fairytale coach only to be met and desired by a charming Prince? Yes, the story is a fairytale, but for many young girls, it still remains their dream. As parents we all want our kids to experience the very best life has to offer, swimming lessons, dance recitals, art classes—each provides children life-long skills. We provide experiences so our children survive in life.
At Etiquettes Edge, we teach them how to THRIVE! Years ago, life as a debutante opened lucrative doors for young girls. Bringing back many of those same sophisticated lessons leads them to desire life of a princess, not a pauper. As a parent, it is crucial in this society you provide them with the polished social skills that are noticed and rewarded in public—in school, in their friends' homes, with future employers, etc. Society and cultures have changed, but even still, decades after Cinderella's making, every young girl desires to wake up and have a happily ever after storybook ending. Providing your child an edge through Etiquettes Edges' program, jumpstarts your child to a world of purpose and success!

Raising a Knight

“Peter, Peter pumpkin eater, had a wife and couldn't keep her, put her in a pumpkin shell and there he kept her very well!” A popular nursery rhyme with all too far impact, when you carefully think about the words. The messages we send our young boys can be very confusing. What makes a young boy act as he does? Why do boys tend to be aggressive, and like a magnet, run for the hot wheels car over the baby doll?
Appreciating the differences between males and female wiring is a first step. Second, is every person has a specific learning style, and we teach how to tap into it! Developing character, clear definitions of what it means to be a man, and shaping responsible boyfriends, husbands, and leaders is what this program is all about. Society is quick to put boys into two categories—jerk or gentleman! It's not too late to show young boys the many benefits of working towards the latter with the use of lots of humor, science projects, games and dozens of other applications. We know that children have a deep down sense of wanting to please—Etiquettes Edge opens the door for that to become a reality at home, play, school…anywhere!
